adVentures, co-founder of BxVentures Studio in Belgium and Hard Climate in Canada, has entered into an agreement with the other BxVentures Belgium shareholders to sell its position in BxVentures Belgium, and reinforce in consequence its position into the Canadian Hard Climate Venture Studio Canadian entity. As a result, adVentures becomes a major LP into this active studio in the hard-tech field. Hard Climate has founded Fex Energy (McGill University spin off), and Secant Fuel (Sherbrooke University spin off).
