On 14th June, 2023, the President of the Republic of France Emmanuel Macron, together with Jean-Noël Barrot, the Minister of Industrial and Digital Sovereignty, officially announced that our portfolio company “Wimi” was selected as the sovereign and secure collaborative suite winner of French Tech 2030!
The award was given as part of the French Tech 2030 initiative; a French government led program committed to supporting an exclusive group of “emerging innovation players” who will serve a key role within the French software startup industry between now and 2030. Amongst these distinguished companies, Wimi was rewarded for offering a collaborative, sovereign platform, which provides a secure and innovative alternative to North American suites, thus accelerating France and Europe’s united ambition of digital independence.
Wimi is now the leading platform for digital sovereignty across more than 30,000 private and public organisations, including the National Assembly and the French Rugby Federation.
